Welcome to Young Minds and Mentors (YMAM), where we believe in the potential of every child and the power of community. Based in Kokomo, Indiana, our mission is to foster youth development, support our community, and create meaningful connections through engaging events.

At YMAM, we are a dedicated group of foster parents and professional adults who are passionate about mentoring children aged 7 to 17. Our goal is to guide young minds in becoming their very best selves through mentorship, while instilling values that encourage them to always strive to do the right thing. Through our mentorship programs, we provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

Our community hub serves as a vibrant space for children to acquire essential life skills, socialize with their peers, and participate in a variety of enriching activities. We recognize that a strong community is built on collaboration, which is why we open our doors to local businesses and individuals. Our space can be utilized for meetings, art shows, parties, and more, fostering a sense of togetherness among residents of Kokomo.

YMAM’s community hub is designed to be a public space that unites people from all walks of life, including agencies and neighborhood groups. Through our initiative "Kokomo Together," we offer a wide range of activities, programs, and events aimed at enhancing the well-being of our community.
